Our Engineering Office is a unit of the TAPS company separated in the organizational structure. As the direct designer and manufacturer of chairs we offer our products along with the possibility of variant realizations. Simultaneously we foresee the possibility of performing intentional constructional changes as agreed with the recipient. Often an order requires us to design additional elements, such as: supports, props, elbow-rests, adapters for handrails. All the works are carried out by the Engineering Office.They could be covered with the scope of the contract or a subject of individual requests.
Moreover our office offers the realization of projects of new chairs according to the guidelines of the Purchaser.
In our design work we use professional computer tools:
- for flat elements - AUTOCAD software,
- in three-dimensional graphics - SOLID EDGE software
It is worth noting that every project of a chair or a detail results in further design work: production instrumentation, injection forms for PUR forms, forms for plastic elements etc. Designs of vandal-resistant chairs for individual and serial fitting, STRAPONTIN type chairs and tilting seats executed in the vandal-resistant technology possess the qualifying certificate of CNTK Warsaw.
