New welding certificates

Our company has implemented two new welding certificates: PN-EN ISO 3834 and PN-EN 15085-2 on the CL2 level.

The first certificate - PN-EN ISO 3834 "Quality requirements for metal welding" is a norm which specifies the quality of production and assembly welding. It also determines the rules of production capabilities specification so that the welded constructions fulfills the given quality norms.

The second certificate - PN-EN 15085-2 on the CL2 level is an important norm in the rail industry. The previously implemented, lower standard CL3 did not permit the production of vital construction elements such as: supporting frames, inner coach housings, gearboxes etc. The CL2 allows to weld these and other important elements.

Thanks to the implementation of these certificates, increase of production quality and advancement in the rail industry hierarchy, TAPS once again shows how much effort we put into constant development and the quality of our products.
